New WOD Journals

New WOD Journals are here! Log your workouts, maxes, and PRs.  This WOD log also is chock-full of great stuff including:  movement explanations (“What’s a thruster again?”), the rules for getting fit (“check your ego at the door”), nutrition info, and more. All CrossFitters should be logging every WOD and every max. Are you? Only $15.

 

Does Bill Even Lift, Bro?

Many have been asking… We are planning on running classes as usual this evening! If for some reason Tropical Storm Bill gets worse than expected over here, we will post an update.

So bring all that bottled water you stocked up on and get a rainy day WOD in!

Summer Yoga

New Summer Yoga classes announced!

Thursdays at 7:00 pm (no regular Thursday 7pm CrossFit class during the summer)
Fridays at 10:00 am

If you are an Unlimited Member, please take advantage of these new Yoga times in addition to your normal WODs.

If you are a 2X/Week-Member, but wish to begin attending Yoga classes, talk to Misty about upgrading to the Unlimited Membership!  Otherwise, the cost for each additional class per week is $15.

Non-Members are also welcome to drop in to any Yoga class for just $15. So bring your friends!

Children ages 10 and up are allowed to participate in Yoga! Sorry for any inconvenience, but no children under the age of 6 are allowed in the gym during Yoga. Of all the loud, crazy things we do around here normally, we’d like to keep this a quiet environment for just one hour for you!
