Next Intro Class begins this week!

Whether you just want to get a feel of what this whole “CrossFit thing” is about, or if you need a detailed refresher of the basics, this class is for you! Our intro class is a requirement before beginning a membership (only exception is a 2x/week Lite Class Only Membership) because your safety and longevity in CrossFit is of the utmost importance to us! Beginning with the foundation of fitness, NUTRITION, and then spending a significant amount of time learning and drilling the movements, and each class ending with a great workout, this class is a STRONG start to your fitness journey! FREE ON RAMP CLASSES JANUARY 9, 16, 23, and 30 !!

Make 2016 the year you decide to get healthy …not with a fad diet, but with hard work! The best part is, that hard work can be done along side some great people while having a lot of fun!

Our first ON-RAMP class of 2016 will be held on Saturday, January 9th at 9:00am (and each following Saturday in January) and for the entire month of January, our On-Ramp class is FREE!

We don’t want to sell you CrossFit on the phone…we don’t want to lock you into a contract to have you trapped. We want you to DECIDE that this is what you want to do, and we are the group you want to be a part of!

So if you’d like to try us out, come to any of our Free Community WODs on Saturdays at 9am! If you’d like to do our On-Ramp class to really learn some of the movements of CrossFit, then email us with the date you plan to participate.

We will be holding an On Ramp Class THIS SATURDAY, October 17th from 9:00am-11:00am! Email Misty at info@crossfitisi.com to let us know you’re coming!

Cost: $30

After completing On Ramp you are welcome to join ISI with a 2x/Week or Unlimited Membership or purchase a 5 or 10 Class Punch Card that has NO EXPIRATION to jump in with us whenever you can! But this On Ramp is required so that you’ll feel confident in our basic movements so that you can get the best (and safest) workout!
