This class is for ALL MEMBERS! Especially if you are a new member and haven’t attended a Fundamentals class, but even if you’ve been CrossFitting for a while, this is an important class! In 2 hours we’ll cover everything from “what is crossfit”, to breaking down and practicing the 9 basic functional movements as well as numerous other common movements in CrossFit. Of course we’ll have a great WOD planned for you as well! We’ll end the class with a quick Nutrition talk!
This type of class is essential to your safety and success in CrossFit and we highly encourage all of our members to attend!
