Gobble Gauntlet

Today all of ISI’s Coaches and some of our Athletes competed in the Gobble Gauntlet at Deer Park CrossFit!
In Men’s RX: Marcus & Josh and Eric & Trevor
In Women’s RX: Misty & Abbey
In Men’s Scaled: Jon & Andrew

All of our competitors did an awesome job an we even came away with two FIRST place spots!
Here’s the breakdown of the day:
WOD 1:
“You go I Go”
-5 Hang Cleans (165/115 RX, 115/75 Scaled)
5 Box Jumps (24/20″)
5 Pull-ups (C2B/Regular)

WOD 2:
15 Front Squats
OH Walking Lunges (45/25#)
15 Plate Burpees
OH Walking Lunges (45/25#)

WOD 3:
BEAR COMPLEX
Clean, Front Squat, Press/Jerk, Back Squat, Behind the neck press/jerk

Abbey and Misty took FIRST PLACE in the Women’s RX’d Division!

Andrew and Jon took FIRST PLACE in Men’s Scaled Division!
